Rosemary Potato Bread
Another batch of bread. This time I tried rosemary potato bread - from bread bakers' apprentice by Peter Reinhart. It is a version of Italian bread with the addition of potato, rosemary, roasted garlic and of course the olive oil. It turned out yummy. It is a lot like the bread at the Macaroni Grill. Dip it in a little olive oil and you are there.
