Greek - Christopsomos Bread and an Olive-Onion Bread

Another bread from the Bread Bakers' Apprentice. This time it was a Greek celebration bread called Christopsomos. It has a cross made of dough, a honey/lemon glaze and is filled with raisins, dried cranberries, dried cherries, toasted walnuts and lots of spices. It came out nicely. My neighbor is Greek and Angie said it was very good - that was the test.

I also made an olive/onion recipe. I used the rosemary-potato dough adding a mixture of olives (green, regular black and kalamata). I added the roasted garlic as in the original recipe but did not add the rosemary. It is again a real good in olive oil and spices.
